A full 2 days after the fact, we are just realising that this March 2011 edition of Africa Night marks the one year’s anniversary since we moved to the present location. We’ve been having so much fun since we moved there that it seemed like we have always been there. Everything about Partycentrum Oase fits into Africa Night. The location, the ambiance, the personnel, the club owner, the setting and above all the guests make this location one that people just love to visit. In the nearly 13 years since we started Africa Night, Partycentrum Oase is our 4th location. We remember thinking might be too big a location to host Africa Night. How wrong have we been proven since then. The people just keep coming in hundreds. A full house is almost always guaranteed!
It is always great fun at Partycentrum Oase from the beginning to the end of the night. Granted, the deejays try their best to play good music. But if the guests don’t feel comfortable about the location, they would still be having second thoughts about coming every month. Even in the extremely cold and treacherously snowy December night in 2010, Africa Night still managed an almost full house. That is what a good location and good music can do to the real lovers of Africa Night.
We have just done the first year at the Oase, we hope this is the first year of a very long marriage between Africa Night Tilburg and Partycentrum Oase. Oase is Dutch for oasis. It has been so far an oasis of musical love for us all. Let’s toast to that!
