July was not supposed to be this way. The plan was to have a quiet July edition of Africa Night Tilburg. So what happened? Were you not all supposed to have gone on vacation? Were you not all supposed to be sitting somewhere drinking palm wine, mojito or some other exotic juices? No, we were not expecting you to come in July in great numbers. Don’t get us wrong. You made us the happiest organisers in the world by coming in good numbers and for the unforgettable party ambiance of this edition. We were just used to July being a quiet month. So if we say thank you, you know it is from the bottom of our heart.

We don’t want you to read a very long blog this time around. But there is no way this blog would be complete without mentioning the guy who came all the way from Hannover, Germany to have fun with us. But if you think Hannover was far, then you did not know that a personal friend was at this edition of Africa Night who drove all the way from Zielona Gora, Poland! (Check it out on the map!) We are just grateful we are able to give people everywhere a piece of the African culture through music.
Those who were there during this edition would have seen that there were large groups of Asian, North & South American people in the house. That combined with the usual European and African guests makes Africa Night more global than local! We have you to thank for it.
